Study On The Carbon Trading Mechanism And Legal Issues In China For Addressing Climate Change

In order to keep the national economic and social sustainable, healthy and rapid development, carbon trading market uses of economic means and legal means on the initial allocation of carbon emissions, in response to climate change. In the process of establishing carbon trading market in China, it should be noted that the international common combined with China's specific national conditions, and a gradual approach must be taking to gradually promote the establishment of China's carbon trading market.Under the international law and the international carbon trading mechanism, this paper studied the carbon trading mechanism in China, and legal issues in the carbon trading market. First, under the international law and international carbon emissions transactions mechanism, this paper analysised the Progress and problems in the research on carbon trading market in China, and with the international carbon trading mechanism for experience, proposed some recommendations and countermeasures. Second, this paper probe into the legal countermeasure in carbon trading market from the legal proble in carbon trading market in China, the carbon trading mechanism in China, carbon payments quantitative certification system and carbon trading market system.Last, this paper proposed the overall envisaged and legal countermeasures for the carbon trading mechanism in China.
