| As a new model of economic development and a specific way of Sustainable Development, circular economy was widely concerned by the international society. Developing circular economy was the inevitable choice for China to build a harmonious society. As an institutional factor, government carried out a very important role in developing circular economy. How to give play to government leading function was a major practical problem in Chinese economic development, and also an important task for achieving Sustainable Development. On the background of greatly developing circular economy, the promotion of fiscal policy was concerned. The existing problems were summarized through analyzing the supply and demand situation. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to promote the circular economy in Jiangsu Province.First, the research background of circular economy and research status were briefly outlined, and the research direction was indicated. On this basis, externality theory, game theory and theory of Enterprise Entity Behavior was introduced as the main theoretical support.Next, economic analysis using fiscal policies in circular economy was mainly completed, and the research significance was determined. Based on the results of academic research,this article made an empirical study of circular economy in Jiangsu Province, the situation of circular economy in Jiangsu showed the necessity of this study.Finally,this article focuses on part of the evaluation and analysis of fiscal policy. On one hand, this paper did the policy evaluation through index system and data analysis from the point of view of policy supply. On the other hand, it got the policy demands through field survey from the point of view of policy demand. Through the development analysis of the supply and demand status of fiscal policy, combining with the construction of circular economic environment, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward because of the inadequate supply of the fiscal policy. |
