Study On The Relationship Between Farmer Cooperatives And Agricultural Transitory Development

At present, agriculture in China has entered a new stage. With the development of economic, the system of agricultural management needs to be changed. Current studies on the agricultural transformation in China have mostly focused on the aspects of agricultural policies, agricultural production factors, while our research pays attention to the form of organization in agricultural transformation. Because, as we know, that the development of agriculture not only requires land, capital, labor and agricultural technology, but also the enhancement of the organizational management and economies of scale. Agricultural transformation is not only the improvement of the agricultural technology system, but also the innovation of the organizational management. So Strengthen the cooperation between farmers is another choice to broaden the agricultural production factors. This study is from the perspective of the degree of organization from——the Farmer Cooperatives, to study the impact of farmer cooperatives on agricultural transformation.Firstly, the concept of farmer cooperatives and agricultural transitory is first being introduced and then the foreign and domestic related research is briefly reviewed, meanwhile, we analyze the relationship between the farmer cooperatives and agricultural transitory; secondly, we makes the summary and the introduction from overseas and the domestic of the farmer cooperatives and agricultural transitory, such as the U.S., Japan, Germany and Taiwan; then follow the empirical analysis of the farmer cooperatives impacts on the agricultural transitory based on Jiangsu province. We first introduces the status of the development of farmer cooperatives and agricultural transitory in Jiangsu province, and then chooses three typical cases to study the impact of farmer cooperatives on agricultural transformation; finally, we give some suggestions to promote agricultural transformation from the view of farmer cooperatives. Based on the above parts and the status of the development of farmer cooperatives and agricultural transitory in Jiangsu province, this part gives some useful suggestions to promote agricultural transformation from the view of farmer cooperatives.
