Land as a special factor of production, has always been inseparable from politics. The land system is an important social institutional arrangement in maintaining social stability and promoting economic prosperity of great significance. Political power is the core of Politics, to study the relationship between the interaction land issues and the political power system is an important way of resolving the political and social crisis.Changes in the environment affect the land system of political power alternately, at the same time, the main political power will be needed in order to maintain the rule of timely institutional arrangements for land and make the appropriate changes, there is a clear interaction between the two relationships. In the long run, the scientific and reasonable interaction between land system and political power promotes social to be progress, economic to be prospery. It's a great significance to maintain the relationship between the interaction of land system and political power. The American political scientist David Easton's systems analysis theory provides a theoretical analysis of classical model to analyze the interaction between the two. This model is applied to the long historical period of China, the analysis of land and political power dynamics of the theory, revealing the interaction between the internal law of that universal and historical interaction, both harmonious and dynamic interaction with great historical and practical significance. In this paper, the typical foreign land laws of the interaction between the two case studies, showing its generally representative.Finally, in the previous general analysis, based on the combination of China's current land system environment for China's current land expropriation, land and political power from the perspective of interaction causes, propose countermeasures...
