Government intervention refers to that in the process of economic development of countries or regions, government actively promotes economic development by formulating economic development strategies, plans, and taking different policies and measures. To what extent does the government promote economic development, different economists have different opinions. But the history and reality have shown that, in the present level of productivity, economic development is not entirely decided to the market mechanism and government intervention is necessary. It's been demonstrated by the process of economic development in eastern Asia. So the study of government intervention mechanism under the mode of eastern Asia is of great significance both theoretically and practically to our economic system reform and government's macro-regulation.This article Use the method of qualitative analysis to analyze government intervention mechanism of formation and the cause of formation as well as the theory basis and the characteristics of each period under the mode of eastern Asia, combining the quantitative analysis of economic growth figures for economic development government intervention mechanism of action; According to many similar characteristics involving China and eastern Asia countries in the economic development process, this paper puts forward the relevant government intervention behavior policy Suggestions in the process of economic development in our country and summarize as follows:In the process of the economic development, neither can we reject the role of government, nor can we believe the government's rational function.
