Study On Rational Land Use In The Process Of Rapid Urbanization Of Zhangzhou

The land is foundation of the human survival and development, it is also the most basic means of production. Land use playa a basis role for economic development in the promotion or restriction. Urbanization as the world's major socio-economic phenomenon, is one of the key factors whether land use goals can be achieved. With the rapid development of urbanization, land resources, the scarcity of supply of its economic needs of the community was an imbalance between the growth trend of development, resulting in non-agricultural use of land resources and the use of competition between the tendency of the conflict intensified. At the same time, due to irrational use of land resources, land contamination and other problems caused by increasingly prominent. How do the various industries in the national economy, the rational allocation of inter-limited land resources, promote the intensive use of land resources and sustainable development, a vast number of academics and government departments urgent need to study the issue.Zhangzhou is located along the southeast coast of China, the population is density, the economy is developed. Zhangzhou is one of area whose agriculture wae the most developed in China. Now Zhangzhou is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization so the land resources is confronted with some difficulties such as land supply for construction,ensure agricultural development, ecological security and ecological restoration. So, Zhangzhou have to achieve rational use of land resources and solve the bottleneck of economic development of land use with ensuring ecological safety, to protect the social and economic health and orderly development.For these reasons, this paper analyzed present situation and change of Ian use in Zhangzhou, conclude the problem based on the theories and methods of land-use study, with using both qualitative and quantitative methods of land use about structure, layout, degree,efficiency of land use. with the background of Zhangzhou land use, and then put forward construct and countermeasure of rational land use with rapid urbanization in Zhangzhou.
