| Since the 1990s, Multinational corporation's international research and development has become a main trend of world economy. Multinational corporation's international research and development has also extended to china, China as one of global economy system, China's enterprises will also be affected by the trend. Multinational corporation's international research and development largely improved the enterprise technology innovative capability, and our enterprises have already been in the international research and development environment. In face of the pressure caused by multinational corporation's international research and development, china enterprises should face the situation, seize opportunities, improve the technology innovative capability and enhance international competitiveness. Therefore, systematically studying the enterprise technology innovative capability under the background has great meaning to the enterprise development.This paper firstly introduced the historical process, development characteristics and trend of multinational corporation's international research and development, also analyzed the characteristics and situation in china. After, from the two angles of opportunities and challenges of enterprise technology innovative capability brought by international research and development, qualitatively analyzed the relevance between the multinational corporation's international research and development and the enterprise technology innovative capability. On basis of qualitative analysis, this paper used componential analysis, Hodrick Presoott, Johansen, Granger and Impulse response analysis, analyzed the influence of the enterprise technology innovative capability caused by Multinational corporation's international research and development. Finally, this paper formulated the appraisal target system of the enterprise technology innovative capability under the background, and pertinently brought forward the enterprises development strategy and countermeasures to improve the enterprise technology innovative capability. |
