In recent years, living standard increasingly enhancing, social security system constantly completing, due to income increasing, buying capacity strengthening, and certain leisure time, people's demand of travelling is ascending year by year. Especially the research on the actual managing situation of travel agency shows, the tourist activity does not only belong to high salary-class, but also to more and more average people. China has lots of tour resource, which is the advantage for striving to develop the tour industry, meantime, as a new kind of low power tertiary industry the tour industry brings large revenue to China. Thus the development potential of tour industry is approved and popularized gradually. But at the same time, we should realize that, except for the advantages for development potential, there are some limitations of the tour industry, especially the simplification of the products, which decreases the reduplicate purchase rate enormously, so the sustainable development of this industry is the most important. On the basis of the analysis on the local tour industry resources, and of the general environment and trend of the tour industry market, the tour of film and television base is becoming popular. Because of enhancing of the living standard, with longing for participating and experiencing, people desire for a completely new method to release the pressure by the rapid pace of life. The addicted and gorgeous scene, the sentiments and experiences in movie and TV dramas, which make people eager for tasting the characters'sweetness and happiness, bring up the tour on movie and TV base to be the most vogue and popular. The market research also shows that, in recent stage, the market space of tour on movie and TV base is giant and easy to form a systematic tour industry chain, which will bring a sustainable development prospect for the whole industry. Consequently, how to make use of the impact of movie and TV products to improve the sightseeing's popularity, and how to make use of the advertisement power of the movie and TV products promote local tour industry and economy is a issue worthy to be studied.
