Therefore, the needs which are an advanced management tools, optimizing internal resources such as personnel, financial, and material configuration, improving the scientificness and standardization of enterprise management, strengthen internal consumption control, reducing the interference of human factors. As a tool for enterprise management Informationization construction of ERP system based on advanced enterprise management concept on the highly integrated information system, which is the financial, sales, production planning, equipment and material procurement associated modules best integrated application software system is to improve the standard of new enterprise management mode of enterprise management. China Petroleum headquarters decided to promote implementation of ERP systems within the company.
