With the increase of income and changes in consumption concept, people pay more attention to food safety and health. Meat and their products, as a necessity in people's lives, are more and more important to consumers. With the growing awareness of antibiotics, hormones and other dangers that the meat contained, consumer pay more for ecological meat product, which is healthy, no pollution, no pesticide residues. Such provides a broad market space for the ecological meat, and meat companies pay more attention to its market potential. Face to the huge market potential and the opening market environment, it is concerned for the ecological meat company to determine their own position, openly challenge, seize opportunities and make itself bigger and stronger.This article discusses in the six levels. The first level:analyze the marketing theory of ecological meat products, find the practical value and theoretical significance of accelerate eco-marketing of meat products, study the related materials at home and abroad, put forward innovation place and inadequate of this thesis. The second level:Overview relevant theories about this paper.The third level:overview the status of meat marketing and development trend, then define the basic concepts of ecological meat. The fourth level: analysis of the formation of the ecological elements of meat using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The fifth level:research the ecological meat, s product differentiation strategy,Branding strategies and market vacancy strategy.Analyze the reasons for the perpetrators of three strategies and concrete measures.The sixth level:Changsha Sharon Case Study of Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. empirical analysis, demonstrate the proposed theory.
