Research On Investment Risk Assessment And Controlling Strategy For High-tech Enterprises

The innovation is the soul of progress and the motive force of development. The high-tech enterprises have now become the hardcore for impelling the enhancement of comprehensive economical competitiveness by means of their relatively strong innovation capabilities and professional technology. Lots of investments in research-development, human resource, etc., needed for the innovation and development of the high-tech enterprises, are disadvantaged in very high uncertainty of investment result, which means, the investment of high-tech enterprise is featured by high input and high risk, therefore, the investment risk of the high-tech enterprises needs to be assessed to be further realized through the assessment, and thereby to provide basis for controlling the risk. For the investment in research-development, human resource, marketization of new product, etc., is needed for the high-tech enterprises, and said the investment is interrelated, and for another reason that the assessment of the investment risks of high-tech enterprises has high complexity and uncertainty, the risk cannot be realized overall by just assessing the single side of the investment risk. By adopting the multilevel grey assessment method, the known information can be fully used, and the internal information can be fully mined from part of the data so as to reasonably assess the investment risk of high-tech enterprises with the problem of incomplete information solved. In this thesis, the multilevel grey assessment method is applied to assessing the overall risk in the aspects of research-development, human resource, marketization of new product and daily business investment of high-tech enterprises, with the specific assessment method provided, the strategy of controlling risk can be provided according to the result of assessment, to further lay a foundation for making the investment decision of high-tech enterprises.In this thesis, the investment risk of high-tech enterprises can be analyzed, and the overall investment risk of the high-tech enterprises can be integrally analyzed with the multilevel grey assessment method. Via the empirical research exampled with the Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., a set of targeting risk controlling strategies can be provided in terms of the assessment results of the investment risk so as to enhance the controlling ability of investment risk of high-tech enterprises and make the investment smoothly.
