Research On Service Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Model And The Coordination Mechanism

In this dissertation, it first summarizes the theories of supply chain management and the related theories of service supply chain completely. On this basis, according to the characteristics of supply chain networks, using the variational inequality theory, service supply chain network equilibrium model is built.Secondly, the dissertation points out that the profit allocation between service integrators and functional service providers is unchangeable when the service supply chain network is equilibrium, and the equilibrium is too ideal to be in the market economy. To achieve the equilibrium, it introduces profit sharing contract coordination strategy into the service supply chain network equilibrium model, with the strategy distributing the profits of service supply chain members and coordinating the service supply chain network.Finally, in this dissertation, with the ctrip.com network and art dragon travel nets constitute tourist service supply chain as the research object, it tectonics a service supply chain network equilibrium model, it also verifies and analyzes the validity of the model. Then, it seeks out the equilibrium of the model and gives relevant economic explanations. Finally, it seeks out the equilibrium of the model and gives relevant economic explanations. The results show that the profit sharing contract can coordinate the profit allocation between service integrators and functional service providers in the tourism service supply chain network effectively and ensure the tourism service supply chain network to achieve the equilibrium.The dissertation indicates that, by using the variational inequality, it can simulate the Nash non-cooperative game behaviors of service supply chain network's members. The supply chain contracts can coordinate this kind of service supply chain network by making service supply chain network members satisfied with the equilibrium of the profit allocation to ensure the service supply chain network to achieve equilibrium.
