The variability and instability of the global economy and competition pattern highlights the complexity of mutation characteristics in the 21st century. On one hand, it provided more opportunities for the development of enterprises, but on the other hand it made the long-term stability and sustainable development of enterprises faced with unpredictable time impact. These realities not only required companies to become competitive with the more adaptability to survive, but also the urgent needs of the academic with the times, the birth of a way to achieve sustainable development, competitiveness of the new theory. Thus, in this context, the theory of the Reconfigurable Competence of Enterprise was put forward. In 2006, Professor Ke Changying presented the concept of the reconfigurable competence of enterprise in the paper of "Research of the Reconfigurable Competence of Enterprise". It is the competitiveness of the system dynamic, competitive unit for fast, high-quality reconstruction in response to frequent changes in the market difficult to predict. It is called the promised birth of practice, its appearance is the result of practice, it is a historical necessity.The competitiveness of enterprises reconfigurable system, which has been five or six years of continuous improvement and development, has been constructed the corresponding theory, the formation of a certain system framework, and was generally accepted by the community, and also achieved many results. Including: border adjustability, self-organizing, collaborative order liness and harmonious mechanism characteristic, function emerging .etc.Again, this paper found that harmonious, which played a crucial role when the function was playing, were the inherent characteristics of the competitiveness of enterprises reconfigurable system. Based on Self-organization theory, Dissipative theory, Entropy thought theory, this paper divided the program of the harmonious way of thinking into three stages: stable and secure harmonious way of thinking, reform and innovation to develop harmonious way of thinking, mutations harmonious way of thinking. And a quantitative analysis of harmonious degree is made. This paper believed that the harmonious pursuit of harmony and win-win way of thinking, but can not impose a very high degree of harmony when it exceed a certain value into the competitiveness of enterprises reconfigurable system, otherwise this would be counter-productive and impact the function of the competition force.End, the target for the alienation of enterprise systems was analysised and found three basic problems in it: one is hierarchy system target alienation; second is the same level of the subsystems with the goal of alienation; third is the multi-objective alienation within the system. This paper argued that target of alienation is the main source of competitive system about entropy, and it will reduce the competitive position. Therefore, used the analysis method of Nash equilibrium, the mathematical model of multi-level multi-objective decision-making was established from the complex ideas to simple ones. The first step, Nash equilibrium solution of multi-party decision-makers was calculated when the non-cooperative game. The second step, under the certain constraints, the consultation countermeasures of multi-party decision-makers in the cooperative game was found, and then, the Pareto optimal of the consultation countermeasures was consulted. And, it was applied in a case of one construction engineering company for example, the bargaining game model is applied to the competitiveness of enterprises in the target reconfigurable alienation problem solving process, fully reflect the practical feasibility of the theory. In the instance of the application, identify problems, reconstruction of the competitiveness of enterprises can target the process of alienation requires a collaborative problem-solving mechanism for the regulation of the operation to be able to achieve full coordination and synergy.
