Research On Transformation Of The Foreign Trade Development Way In Gansu Province

International financial crisis stemming from U.S.A, have all exerted a great and far-reaching influence on international economic and trade pattern, global administration structure, social values and economic development model,etc. International economy and trade acceleration rate slow down, economic structure makes the transition and accelerates, various trade protectionism obviously resume. The long way trade development in China are mostly extensive, and mainly relys on low labor costs, resources and other production elements. In the current situation of international trade competition, China's traditional development model can not be sustained. Transformation of foreign trade development is the new strategy, new formulation to realize shift from the big trading nation to powerful trading nation. This raises new requirements for the future development of China's foreign trade,and also points out the direction of the development of foreign trade. The low starting point of the development of Gansu Province, and the cultural traditions and historical conditions, which determine the choice of its foreign trade development mode must conform to the actual situation itself.This paper has absorbed the existing research results, using comparative analysis, empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to study the transformation of development pattern of foreign trade in Gansu. The first chapter concretely introduces the background and significance of this study, related literature review, research content and methods, the innovation and deficiency of this article; the second chapter describes the concepts and theories of transforming foreign trade development pattern; the third chapter summarizes and reviews the development situation of foreign trade in Gansu Province, and analyze the necessity of the transformation of foreign trade development pattern; the fourth chapter analyzes the favorable conditions of transforming foreign trade development pattern in Gansu; the fifth chapter discusses the difficulties which the transformation of foreign trade development pattern in Gansu Province are facing; the six chapters discusses the routing choice to speed up transformation of foreign trade development pattern in Gansu.It is concluded that change the mode of trade development in Gansu province should take the road-led approach of development, realizing the transformation from the current emphasis on the development scale of foreign trade and speed of growth to emphasis on efficiency and structure in order to achieve healthy and sustainable development. In order to accelerate the transformation of the pattern of foreign trade development; this paper believes hardware and software infrastructure construction in Gansu Province should be strengthened to improve the trade environment and increase the level of opening up. In addition, the capacity of independent innovation and core competitiveness of trade should be enhanced; the restructure and optimization of industrial restructure should also be accelerated. Fundamentally the way of the development of extensive trade can be changed, and step on to the road of scientific and sustainable development.
