Abstract/Summary:
Environmental issues has long been the focus of countries in the world, global warming, energy shortages, air pollution, population growth and species extinction threatening the human living environment all the time. China's current industrial structure is heavy industry, "Two high a capital" industry give a great contribution to the GDP, therefore bound to lead to an increase in pollution.Chinese government and relevant departments have taken a lot of measures, but the situation of pollution problem remains very serious. As china is in the stage of heavy industry, the main sector affect environmental changes is the industrial sector, therefore, study the emissions of the industrial sector is particularly important. There are so many factors influencing the industrial pollution emissions change, by analyzing the impact of different factors, work out the major changes in emissions factors, and provide the basis for government departments and the relevant state department of environmental management in future focus or environmental policy, thus effectively reducing the emission of the pollutants. This article is based on the logarithmic mean Divisia index, combined with Grossman decomposition model, established a model of industrial pollution influence factors, and according to this model of industrial pollution in China and Liaoning Province factors affecting the decomposition analysis, decomposition of pollutants in order to scale the total change effect, structural effect, broad technical effect, examine the various factors on changes in the impact of pollution, in order to identify the dominant factor impact the changes in industrial pollution emissions,. For general technical effect, and further be decomposed into effects of clean technologies and pollution control effects, and from overall, sub-sectors and sub-regional three aspects to analyzed industrial pollution. Finally reach conclusion and according to the conclusion propose corresponding policy recommendations.
