After the telecom reorganization, the communications industry "three-legged full" pattern of the formation of an increasingly competitive market, while a large number of channel conflict there is a big shadow to ring the communication development of enterprises. Thus, strengthening communication channel conflict management and control of business become increasingly more important. Mobile communication business marketing channel is a series of structurally complex combination of economic organization, their businesses and mobile communications at all levels, together constitute a huge social marketing system. Under this system among the various types of economic organizations, since the goals, tasks, and the interests pursued by the differences in the value chain in the mobile communications industry in a different position, its objectives, tasks and actions inevitably contradict each other. When the channel members of the plan proposed by the mobile enterprise, mission, objectives, terms of trade in emerging economies such differences will inevitably lead to conflicts arise.As a microcosm of communication enterprises of D Mobile Corp., telecommunications companies have with other mobile marketing channels similar characteristics.
