At present,the speed of national economy growth and the rate of labor productivity in the enterprise of our country, have given the world a deep impress. But, contrasted to this kind of economic growth, the income level in overall of the general corporate grows slowly. The contrasted situation and the trend have combining with the current situation of widened personal income gap, resulting in the unreasonable phenomenon of personal income gap in the internal enterprise getting worse. The phenomenon of unfair internal income distribution is a negative factor for whether the enterprise itself or the stable development of the entire national economy.the unfair internal income distribution's effect to the healthy development of enterprise will also gradually perform for public. The unfair internal distribution directly impacts the sustainable development, not only harmful to the growth of enterprises, and will give the whole enterprise a huge negative impact. The unfair internal distribution has seriously affected the performance of employees, and has become the important obstacles depressing workers enthusiasm and creativity; The unfair internal distribution, has affected social stability, harmony, not only becoming the media of public opinion long-term focus, but also resulting a community of personal income disparity ,affecting the social and economic development. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of personal income"reasonable gap"from the perspective of enterprise scientific management. Through situation analysis, seeking for the scientific control and management strategies.The authors begin with the internal individual income gap of our country's enterprise, refer to a lot of management documents, analyze the enterprise internal income gap by classification; analyzes the reasons of enterprise internal income gap ,puts forward the management principle of our country's enterprise internal income gap, and the management mode of the enterprise internal personal income"reasonable gap", puts forward the external monitor management channels of enterprise personal income .
