Study On The Financial Support For Coupling Development Of Ecology And Economy In Poyang Lake Area

Poyang Lake Area(Including Nanchang City, Jingdezhen City, Jiujiang City, Xinyu City, Yingtan City and Fuzhou City) accounts for over 30% of Jiangxi's land area, which even carries more than 50% of the population and creates over 60% of the economic aggregate. As the "Poyang eco-economic region planning" had been replied officially by state council on December 12 in 2009, it marks that the construction in Poyang Lake Area has stepped to be the national strategy for regional development programming. Since "The Tenth Five-Year Plan", Poyang Lake Area had entered high speed development stage of financial and economic integration. But it is still in a backward situation compared with other provinces in the middle of China, especially with developed coastal provinces. Meanwhile, the ecological environment worsens gradually in Poyang Lake Area with the economic development. Nowadays, finance plays the core role in the economic development. It's assuredly a great project how to achieve the result of positive coupling between ecology and economy when making the economy develop and improving ecological environment.Firstly, in this thesis the theory of finance & economy development and the related theories of ecological environment are reviewed briefly. Then in this thesis, author describes the current research status between the interaction of ecological and economic and the financial support for recycling economy and sustainable. Thirdly, the theoretical and practical basis of the financial support for the coupling development between ecology and economy are analyzed. Fourthly, using principal component analysis and the coupling model of PCF (Pressure-Carrying-Feedback), the author applies a dynamic analysis on the actual coupling relationship of the ecological and economic system in Poyang Lake Area from 2001 to 2009. The results suggest that in that period the eco-economic system has undergone the changes from positive coupling and intermediate level coupling to serious imbalance and intermediate level coupling. Moreover, in this thesis, author uses stepwise regression method to do research in the financial impact on the coupling relationship between ecology and economy according to its empirical data from 2001 to 2009. And the conclusion is drawn:The financial scale has an important impact on the coupling relationship between ecology and economy in Poyang Lake Area. Finally, the author gives out the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and threatening in financial supporting for the coupling relationship between ecology and economy by SWOT analytical method. And combining with analysis of previous paper, five strategies are proposed to solve those problems, which are:1) To strengthen financial support for ecological construction.2) To enhance financial policy support and put up the platform of investment and financing.3) To make the regional financial center bigger and stronger.4) To strengthen the financial support to guide the industry development and optimize the financial ecological environment in order to ensure the financial development stably in Poyang Lake Area.
