With the market globalization, overseas business development issues become a problem must considered when enterprises expand into overseas markets, the research of GDQF company's, not only for GDQF company itself help to expand the overseas market, the apparel industry can also be the basis of market expansion strategy.In this paper, based on the theory of overseas marketing, research GDQF companies overseas market expansion issue. Article in the structure a total of seven chapters, this chapter introduces the research background, meaning and ideas and so on. Chapter II describes the theoretical basis of this study, then open up overseas markets for GDQF company SWOT analysis, the process of companies to develop overseas markets in a variety of environments. Chapter based on relevant data, analysis GDQF company's current market status, based on the analysis summarized in the company's overseas marketing problems. Chapter V to the previous analysis, based design firm overseas market development programs; then proposed for the design of the program in order to ensure implementation of the program related to the company should provide safeguards. The last part contains conclusions and looking-forwards.
