Administrative Leaders The Pragmatic Validity Analysis

Administrative leaders are the core of the organization, administrative leaders'pragmatic is an important tool to help the organization running smoothly. This paper is trying to combine the pragmatic and the administrative leadership,so we can use them to analyze the administrative leaders'pragmatic path and pragmatic functions,to find the factors effect the pragmatic effectiveness,then we can find out how these factors effect the administrative leaders'pragmatic. Studing the theory is mainly to guide the practice, at present, China is in the social transition, the requirements of administrative leaders'pragmatic are increasing.But there are still some problems in the our administrative leaders'pragmatic,it causes our efficiency is low.The author is aware of Chinese administrative leadership environment is special,so I detailed analysis the problems and its causes existing in the administrative leaders'pragmatic, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures, Hoping that through these measures we can improve the current effectiveness of administrative leaders'pragmatic.
