Our Enterprise Environment Cost Management And Control Research

It has become the consensus of mankind to strengthening environmental protection and rationally using of natural resources. It is realized that the production and management activity of enterprises is one of main factors which brought environmental pollution. Therefore the enterprises have compelling responsibility to environmental protection. On the multiple pressures of government, society and self-development,;the enterprises had to attach importance to the impact of their production and management activities on environment. The effective controlling of environmental costs could be not only significant to the environmental protection, but also could reduce the production costs, increase benefit and promote development of enterprises. Consequently, it will be become a main research task that how effectively control and manage the environmental costs of enterprises.On the basis of sufficient grip on the research trend of environmental costs, referring to experiences and results of predecessor research, and combining the idea of product life cycle (PLC), this article studied the management and controlling of enterpriser's environmental costs using comparative, qualitative and quantitative analysis method. This text made a concrete analysis of the effect factors, confirmation and measurement method of environmental cost accounting; then discussed operational mechanism of environment cost controlling. Finally, the controlling performance of enterprise's environment costs was analyzed through enterprise cases, aimed to supply decision-making service which could benefit to environment protection and supply some ideas which could strengthen competition of the enterprises for managers.
