| Heilongjiang province is located in the northeast of China. Border line between Heilongjiang and the Russian Far East is more than 3,000 kilometers. Heilongjiang Province has a long history of trade with Russia. Economic of different countries in the word are impacted by the global financial crisis in 2008. Heilongjiang trade with Russia is facing an unprecedented new situation and new problems. Profound understanding of the financial crisis, trade in the context of Russia in Heilongjiang has a major significance for the correct grasp of the new changes, put forward new ideas to promote and deepen trade cooperation with Russia in Heilongjiang.In this paper the history development of Heilongjiang trade with Russia was reviewed as the starting point, and the current research situation of Heilongjiang trade with Russia was analyzed, while the research content of this paper was presented. The theory of international trade including Adam Smith's absolute advantage theory, David Ricardo's theory of comparative advantage, factor endowment theory and new factors of production theory were introduced in this paper. Second, the status of trade development of Heilongjiang Province with Russia was analyzed from three aspects, including the favorable conditions for trade with Russia, the main features of trade with Russia and the main problems of trade with Russia. And then as the background of the financial crisis, the influence of the financial crisis on Russian economy and China economy was investigated, Heilongjiang labor exports to Russia, Heilongjiang trade with Russia and Policy adjustments to address the financial crisis in Russia on the impact of trade with Russia in Heilongjiang in the financial crisis were analyzed in detail. At last, some strategies on the trade of Heilongjiang with Russia were presented from seven aspects, including port construction, enterprise investment and cooperation, regulate trade order, adjust the trade structure with Russia, improve product quality, implementation of "open the North South Alliance" and exchange of personnel training. |
