The Ecological Environmental Effect Evaluation Of Acceptance Of Industrial Transfer In Gansu Province

The connection between the development of the economy and ecological environment is more deepened. Nowadays, the social and environmental issues have become an important task during the course of economic development in which people must face it and resolve it well, and industrial transfer as a component part of economic activities which has brought the environment issues is becoming increasingly attracted extensive attention of the whole society.In this thesis, the ecological environmental effect evaluation of undertaking industrial transfer in Gansu province is the research topic. Firstly, this thesis describes the related theory of the industrial transfer to the ecological environment effect and industrial transfer on the formation mechanism of the ecological environment effect. Secondly, it analyzes the ecological environment pressure in reality when industries transfer to the Gansu province. Thirdly, we will construct ecological environment effect evaluation indexes and draw a conclusion through the measurement of the indexes. At last we will offer the countermeasures and suggestions about it.The author uses the method of normative analysis and empirical analysis, the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to combine the related economic theories with practice well in the thesis. In the analytical process, we also pay more attention to the selection of data accuracy, feasibility and make the empirical method more concise and understandable. All things above effectively illustrate the environment risk in the process of accepting transfer in Gansu province. So we can take better measures to respond to it, draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages. Thus accepting industry transfer can better serve the local economic development. So the research of this thesis has an important reality significance for building the green ecological barriers, avoiding selecting a road about " Pollution first, Management second ", promoting the local economic development and strengthening the ecological environment protection. Because the research of this thesis also has strong real pertinence, it can provide basis for Gansu province government's economic decision-making.
