As the backbone of enterprise knowledge workers, they shall possess a strong learning ability and innovation ability, shall possess higher expertise and skills, or have a rich experience of this industry and outstanding business management skills. The loyal knowledge workers are the backbone of the enterprise development. They play a key role in the operation and management of foreign-funded enterprise. The level of satisfaction of foreign knowledge-based employees plays a critical role of the service quality and effectiveness of enterprise. Finally, it will affect the long-term development of enterprise.This article draws on international researches on employee satisfaction theory, using empirical analysis methods. It takes 814 knowledge workers of 82 manufacturing foreign enterprises as the targets. Firstly, this article studies the related theory of knowledge-based employees'satisfaction. Then, combined with the basic situation of foreign-funded enterprises of Suzhou Industrial Park, taking the knowledge-based employees as the survey targets, it designs a questionnaire on employees'satisfaction. It studies the factors that influence the employees'satisfaction on the six aspects from career development, rewards and recognition, comprehensive business capabilities, performance management, communication, quality and customer satisfaction program. Finally, for the analyzing result of scientific method, this article has found out the weak points of the foreign manufacturing enterprises, especially for how to improve employee satisfaction of knowledge-based workers. It has put forward the specific improving measures from six aspects of development of knowledge workers, establishment of rational remuneration system, improvement of enterprise performance management, improving the product quality and customer satisfaction, improvement of comprehensive ability and establishment of smooth communication channels and proposes.
