Research On The Correlation Between Intellectual Capital And Growth Of SMEs

In the knowledge economy, intellectual capital is gradually replacing the traditional factors of production, as the core source of corporate competitive advantage. Especially for SMEs, the intellectual capital in its importance in the growth process becomes more prominent. Although in recent years on the intellectual capital research papers more, but the growth of intellectual capital and business ability to combine research papers less than normal, especially in the intellectual capital and the ability of growth of SMEs, combining empirical research papers on less. Therefore, empirical studies of intellectual capital on the growth of SMEs have an important impact on the ability of the theoretical and practical significance.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign scholars on intellectual capital and its relationship with the growth of SMEs based on the research, intellectual capital and build the capacity of the conceptual model of the growth of SMEs and listed companies with small board for the study, designed the intellectual capital and small ability to evaluate business growth targets, the use of exploratory factor analysis of the intellectual capital of enterprises evaluation, and empirical analysis using structural equation model of intellectual capital on the ability of the growth of SMEs, through modeling, pattern recognition, evaluation of model fit and a series of steps to correct the model tests and analysis, draw the following conclusions:First ,to calculate the three components of intellectual capital - intellectual capital, structured, unstructured and unstructured external intellectual capital within the intellectual capital of the score value, and found low levels of intellectual capital, SMEs in China.Second, structured intellectual capital for small and medium enterprises the ability to grow the performance of the role of negative effects; unstructured growth of SMEs within the ability of intellectual capital has significant positive effects; unstructured external intellectual capital for SMEs is not significantly impact the ability to grow. Third, the interactions between intellectual capital elements have an indirect impact on ability of the growth of SMEs.Finally, more years of the vertical level of intellectual capital, SMEs found that most companies show a decline, the growth of corporate power's role has also been reduced.Based on the empirical results, combined with the actual situation of SMEs, proposed to improve the management of intellectual capital, the growth of SMEs to enhance the ability of specific measures with a view to the future development of SMEs provide effective help.
