Research On The Relationship Between Intellectual Capital And Coporation Sustainable Growth Ability

In the era of knowledge economy, the intellectual capital play increasingly important role in the process of the enterprise growth. People pay close attention to the relationship between enterprise intelligence capital and the sustainable growth ability. With the growing of the research of this subject, more research methods are used in the academic research. But, many people still ignore to compare with the different industries. This paper collects financial data of manufacturing industry, technology industry and restates industry from 2007 to 2009, using sustainable growth model and VAIC to study the relationship between industrial intellectual capital and the enterprise's ability of sustainable growth.The empirical study result showed:In the manufacturing industry and the real estate industry, enterprise's material capital still promotes the enterprise to synthesize the achievement the enhancement. However, Human capital on his influence is not significant. In the Information technology Enterprise, The intelligence capital is already became the strategic resources which this part of enterprise achievement grows relies on.
