Research On Agricultural Intensification Road From The Perspective Of New Rural Construction

Propelling the construction of new countryside is a necessary requirement for the construction of a harmonious society. The new rural strategy is aimed at speeding up the modernization of the rural reform and improving the level of peasants'material and spiritual life. These should be included:urbanization, agricultural intensification, farmers knowledge. On the issue of building new countryside, everything should take these three points as the center, the most important of which is agricultural intensification. Because of the backwardness of the rural economy, it not only impedes the further development of rural China, but also hinders the process of agricultural intensification. What kind of agricultural development way on earth should be taken in China in order to have greater development? The problem was put on the agenda with the raising of constructing new countryside.With grasping the overall trend of Chinese agriculture development, according to the characteristics of Chinese agriculture and the current construction requirements, by applying the theory of agricultural development at home and abroad, the author of this thesis would like to affirm the achievements of agricultural intensification, have a deep analysis of the problems that have appeared and the misunderstanding that exists, and at the same time, come up with the ideas and direction of constructing Chinese modern agriculture and strive to open an intensive agriculture development road with Chinese characteristics by referring the experience of South Korea, Japan and other countries from the initial stage of modern agriculture to the realization of modernization.The main contents of the article is divided into four parts:The first part is about classical writers' overview on the path of agricultural development. It not only reviews the discussion on agricultural development road of Marx and the Chinese Communist Party leaders in the new stage but also summarizes and analyzes the research results of agricultural development at home and abroad.The second part is about the present situations and misunderstanding of agricultural intensification in constructing new countryside. It further points out the misunderstanding and practical errors, expecting to build socialist new countryside more effectively by having a thorough analysis of the present agricultural intensification status and achievement during the constructing of new countryside.The third part tells the successful enlightenment of agricultural development path in foreign countries. It analyzes the successful experience and methods of exploring agricultural development in developed and developing countries, which will play an important part in how to improve China's agricultural science and technology, specialization, mechanization; in how to develop biological, ecological and sustainable agriculture; and in how to build and improve the protection and supporting system, social service system for modern agriculture.The fourth part gives some suggestions on the development way of agricultural intensification during the construction of new countryside. This part, purposefully and creatively, puts forward a number of feasible proposals by analyzing the specific conditions and issues deeply, which are encountered in the process of agricultural intensification in constructing new countryside.
