Baoji Jintai District Drug Regulatory Mechanism Of The "unified" Research

In the past few years, a lot of weakness that lying in China's supervision system of drug emerged with the frequent accidents which happened to safety of drugs. In July 2011, the State Food and Drug Administration held a press conference to release the result of striking infringement of intellectual property and manufacturing and selling of counterfeit and fake goods. According to the data released, in the past 8 months (from November 2010 to July 2011),90 cases of fake drugs were investigated and executed involving 332,315,000 yuan and 169 manufacturing sites were demolished. The current situation of China's supervision system of drug is austere, which brings forward higher requirements to the enforcement of fundamental medicine system by the grass-root supervision organizations as well as the safety of ordinary drugs.Five chapters are included in this thesis. Chapter one includes the backgrounds, literature review and the main idea of this thesis; Chapter two introduces related theories about drug supervision; Chapter three illustrates the current situation of drug supervision and the "three in one" (a policy on drug management)of Jintai District in the City of Baoji; Chapter Four probes the problems lie in drug supervision and the "three in one" of Jintai District and reasons behinds those problems. And in Chapter five, the author explores an appropriate way to modify drug supervision of Jintai District.The methods applied in this thesis include problem summarizing, problem analyzing, problem solving, data analysis and in-site research. In the research, theories about management and supervision, and market value rules are used as guidance. By the research, the author explores the problems lying in "three in one" pattern of drug management and the reasons that lead to those problems. After that, a set of solutions are put forward ---modifying the coordinating sector, full usage of existing resources, strengthening supervision on distributing corporations and professional supervision team.
