In recent years,there is a scene of prosperity in the market of hydraulic and dredge both international and domestic.The dredging enterprises are growing fast,and the dredging projects are continuously improving.Also,the dredging equipments are constantly making progress in the aspect of development and innovation in China. Meanwhile, with the rapidly growing of professionals in the dredging industry, more and more high-educated and qualified people enter into this field. Human resources play a significant role in the development of dredging industry in China.And the human resources stucture is complicated in dredging industry. Therefore,it is necessary to measure and asses the value of human resources in order to develop, utilize and manage the human resources in the dredging industry efficiently and effectively.This paper makes a study and discussion based on the evaluation model of human resources in the dredging industry.Firstly, this paper indicates the basic theory of how to evaluate the value of human resources. Also, the basic concept of human recources and the value of human resources are defined in this paper. Furthermore, Marx's theory in the value of labor ,human resources and human resource value measurement are introduced in this part.Secondly, this article investigates the characteristic and the category of human resources in the dredging industry.Then,it finds factors which influence the human resources value based on comparative analysis and questionnaire.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources in the dredging industry and classifies the human resources in the dredging industry into three categories: crew, project personnel and officers. Based on the previous study, this article originates a more comprehensive model. In other words, this paper revises the opinion of"discounted future net assets"; introduces the relative weight of P in position to reflect the value of contribution respectively from three types of human resources in the dredging industry; and leads the adjusted coefficient k with the respect of the non-monetary factors in the value of human resources into the three categories of human resources in dredging industry; and establish the evaluation model of human resource applied to the dredging industry. As a result, the adjusted coefficient k is determined through fuzzy measurement with the combination of qualitative method and quantitative method. This measurement results are closer to the actual value amount of human resources in dredging industry. The comprehensive mode mentioned above is also the main innovation in this article.Finally,with usage of case study, this paper evaluate human resources value of three categories group of dredging industry,taking TH dredging enterprise as object of study,which making a combination of theory and practice.
