Construction of development zones and greatly promoted the development of national and local economic and social rapid growth, however, restricted zone land shortage became a key factor in economic and social development, especially in coastal areas, land resources become more scarce. Therefore, the implementation of intensive land use zone evaluation, the development zone to summarize and analyze some of the issues and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, helping improve the efficiency of land use zones, and the optimal allocation of land resources and rational use, to further expanding area for development zones, industrial restructuring has guided great significance.Text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction of this article, first introduced the background and significance of topics, and then the status of domestic and foreign research review carried out. And on this basis, the introduction of this study objectives, contents and methods, technical routes. The second chapter is related to basic concepts and basic theory. This chapter first land use, land use intensification potential defines the basic concepts. Then applied to the theory in this article were highlighted. Including the land law of diminishing returns, land rent, location theory and the theory of sustainable development. Construction of development zones is actually a process of industrial concentration, the combined effect of industry to play, we should on the one hand to increase the level of investment in land, land-use by optimizing the structure and improving efficiency of land use and to obtain more land output. The third chapter focuses on an overview of the study area. Changzhou City's natural and geographical conditions, including social and economic development, and eight provincial-level development zones, Changzhou current condition. Urban Development Zone is in fact the extension, construction of development zones is the expansion of the urbanization process. However, the main functions of the zone is industrial production, its natural and geographical conditions, location of traffic conditions and infrastructure are in accordance with a high tolerance. On the other hand, the shortage of land resources, the development zone is an inevitable problem. Both focus on the future to upgrade the expansion zone has a greater impact. The fourth Chapter analyzes the intensive use of land on the zone status, on the development of the problems were summed, and further explore the different reasons. This chapter from each zone of land use structure, land investment and land productivity, the level of effectiveness, the extent of land use to land management performance, and several other aspects of the study. And pointed out that the zone of interests between the appropriate result in a vicious competition and future development planning zone unreasonable, is the current layout of the development zones similar in structure, low efficiency of land use, land use structure and ecological imperfect improve environmental conditions and other issues to be the root cause.Chapter V analyzes the eight provincial-level development zones of land use intensification potential. In the case of setting the ideal value, by increasing the rate of industrial land, comprehensive volume ratio, building density and intensity of investment in fixed assets and output indicators to measure the level of land use, land development zone to tap potential for expansion, the potential of the land structure and the potential strength of the land in order to achieve economical and intensive land use.The sixth chapter is a summary of this article. Previous analyses based on the zone's future development and on the intensive use of land provide policy recommendations.
