Investigation Of The Present Situation Of Pollution-free Vegetable Industry And Studies On Its Development Measurements In Hunan Province

The geography of Hunan is diverse, the weather is feat and the resources of the land are abundant. What's more, Hunan is a main province of the vegetable products & sales, and the development of the vegetable has a vast foreground. In recent years, along with the adjustment and memorization of the plant industry structure in Hunan , the vegetable industry develops fast. Of the whole agriculture production value in Hunan, the vegetable production value only next to food and the living pig, resides the third, which having become the important pillar industry in Hunan agriculture. But with the fact that the local agriculture production environment of some places have been worsen day by day, pesticide , unreasonable chemical fertilizer usage, vegetable planting is confronted with the grave challenge of deleterious hazardous pollution, "green" vegetable producing has already become the focus problem affecting the people's daily life and food safety. Analysis of the vegetable industry in the right situation and existing problems, pollution-free vegetables in Hunan Province to speed up the process of industrialization and improve vegetable production level of security and economic benefits for the healthy development of the vegetable industry is of positive significance.This study is combined with China's implementation of the "pollution-free food action", the use of on-site investigations, interviews and other methods, combined with access to a large number of data, from the Hunan vegetable industry situation, comprehensively analyze the vegetable industry in the province of regional distribution, production, processing and export of vegetable industry in the development of the Organization for Economic Co-operation problems. The results show that: Hunan vegetable industry in the regional distribution of standardized production, industrialized operation in areas start early and achieved certain results. However, compared with the advanced provinces, there is a certain gap, Hunan vegetable industry is still in growth-stage, still in the hands of extensive management to intensive management of the phase change, pollution-free vegetables is still in production, production facilities, product quality, the industrialization of many other operators there is a considerable gap and inadequate. To solve these problems, the authors put forward the following countermeasures: adjusting the layout of the region; achieve new breakthroughs in the size and characteristics; adjust the product structure; the implementation of brand strategy; to raise the level of industrialization.
