The Research On The Constructing Of Ontology Knowledge Base On Social Security Audit

More and more experts and scholars begin to undertake a deep research on ontology because ontology is widely used in knowledge representation, and they construct some general ontology bases successively, but the professional terms are limited in general ontology bases, so domain ontology bases are constructed to meet this requirement, this thesis focus on the fields of pension insurance.To solve the complexity of domain documents' management, the thesis use ontology as the way of knowledge representation and storage. If the constructing process is fully done by hand, it will be tedious, or if it is fully done using statistic methods, it will affect ontology's accuracy, the thesis combined these two manners to construct ontology, at first, ontology framework is constructed by hand to guarantee the relative accuracy, and then containing relationship of property sets or operand sets are applied to realize the enrichment of ontology. At the process of ontology's enrichment, the thesis constructed property sets and operand sets, when 8 conditions is met the thesis discuss how the triple fragment processed by word segmentation, keywords extraction, fragment extraction is inserted to ontology, the thesis refine the update methods of operand sets after the analysis of these 8 conditions, and then use the containing relationship to find new concept's insertion fields, and make sure the accurate position on the help of concepts' similarity formula, and at last the domain ontology is extracted from the domain documents. The experiment results show the ontology constructing process can help domain experts to construct ontology effectively, and then it is also a valuable reference for other fields'ontology constructing.
