The effective efficiency and profit realization of enterprises depend on the performance of employees. The performance appraisal is a formal system that to measure, evaluate and affect employee performance. The purpose of performance evaluation will be closely linked to employee behavior and organizational performance. We should strengthen the management of staff through the performance assessment which will provide support for development, employment, trainment, promotion, salary and excitation of human resource and promote the implementation of organizational strategy at the same time。Performance management of state-owned commercial banks have a strong theoretical and practical and reflect the finance and management integration. But the usage of bank performance management is still in continuous improvement. This paper analyzed the performance evaluation of Bank of China branch object LoThe paper introduces the overall situation of the Bank of China and the different stages of performance and implementation of the performance appraisal. The paper analyzes the status of the L branch performance evaluation after the share reform and point out the advantages and disadvantages。The paper reference principles of the Balanced Scorecard, design and select of performance index from the financial, customer, work processes, employee learning and growth dimension, propose the design principles, ideas, implementation methods and precautions.
