The Feasibility Study Of Technical And Economic On Civilian Gas In Jilin Oilfield

Jilin oilfield company, which is located in Songyuan city Jilin province, is a large oil company whose main business include oil and gas exploration and development, production and sales,oil and gasengineering technology, oil and gas production service and mining area services. It marks the establishment of the jilin oilfield that 27 well got industrial oil flow in southern of songliao basin on september 29, 1959. After years of development, especially after the fast development of the tenth five years, the company made important achievements in several oil exploration areas, and found the first yield large overall gas reservoirs in the southern songliao basin. Oil and gas yield equivalent is sustained and rapid growth. At present, natural gas development has become an important strength to increase the production.Natural gas is another important disposable energy besides coal and oil, is the high quality fuel gas, is the ideal city gas supply. The main component of the natural gas is saturated hydrocarbons, including methane, ethane, propane, butane,pentane and a small amount of non hydrocarbon gas. It burns with a high calorific value and small the environmental pollution. Because it is economical and convenient to mine, store and transport natural gas, many countries and cities are developing natural gas industry in recent years, some countries, which are lack of natural gas resources, also imports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to develop city gas industry. Developing city gas industry is an important measures to reasonable and effective use of energy, protect the urban environment, prevent atmospheric pollution, promote production and improve the people's living conditions. In recent years, especially since the west-east gas transmission, many cities which along the line had developed the city gas industry. Currently there are more than 30 big, medium-sized cities and towns which had developed city gas industry and it has become an inevitable trend.In Jilin province, jilin oilfield, the main company of natural gas production, will reach 30×108m3/y in 2015 according to productivity prediction. At present, the inhabitants of Changchun and Songyuan are using the natural gas provided by the Jilin oilfield, but Jilin oilfield workers use the bottled liquefied natural gas. Before 2009, Guo refinery merged into Jilin oilfield and then it was shutdown.Now residents need to outsource the liquefied gas. A lot of manpower and material resources are spent on inspection tank, update, and transportation in every year.Facing the demand for natural gas of Jilin oilfield workers users and the broad market space of industrial gas and civil gas around Songyuan city, it is necessary that jilin oilfield company will benefit the company workers with industry achievements. The research on the subject is based on the Jilin oilfield gas project started.In the feasibility study, this paper proposed the necessity of the Jilin oilfield civil gas project construction, after the objective analysis of the present situation of Jilin oilfield residents civilian fuel use and Songyuan city gas supply and use, and the analysis of natural gas supply and demand balance, through the forecast of the Songyuan city gas supply and demand. On the basis of scheme comparison of the network selection, pipe network pressure and overall technical layout, I researched and analysed the line technical scheme, peak shaving technology scheme, metering station scheme, odorization technique scheme and equipment and technical scheme. Through the scheme comparison and research and analysis, I determine the total quantity. In the economic feasibility study of civil gas project in Jilin oilfield, the first it is to estimate the investment of the project, then it is to research the rationality of the project investment and construction through applying the profitability index and the efficiency index of the efficiency of capital use.This paper, using technical economics, project management principles and applications, human resources management and other related knowledge, objectively discuss background, technical condition, construction scheme selection, investment estimation, economic benefits of Jilin oil field civil gas project. And I concluded whether the project is feasible. This paper mainly uses economic evaluation methods to evaluate project feasibility, and uses the internal rate of return method and investment payback period method to evaluate the project's financial feasibility.This paper links theory with practice and uses the project evaluation theory, technology practice and production practice to study the feasibility of Jilin oil field gas project. And it made the project's decision-making more scientific, objective, reasonable, and more in line with the investment principles of enterprise that is a center with economic benefits.
