| Detailed global social division of labor, optimizing the configuration in anindustry, industry agglomeration has become a global economic phenomenon whichplays an important role in promoting regional economy and society.According to the industrial agglomeration thoery, combining with the socialinvestigation and statistical analysis, taking the flooring industrial cluster ofHenglin in Changzhou for example, author make a qualitative analysis of economiceffects from enhancing of economic benefits, improving of production technologyand upgrading of industrial structure, analyze social effects from the positive sectionand negative section. Meanwhile, author discuss the problems of the flooringindustry, then point out specific optimization measures in the future from two angles:the cluster management and governmemt's macro control.Besides introduction and conclusion, there are six parts: thoery of industryagglomeration; history and development of flooring industrial clusters in China;economic effects of flooring industrial cluster; social effects of flooring industrialcluster; problems of flooring industrial cluster during its development; optimizationmeasures of flooring industrial cluster.In this paper the main findings and conclusions are as follows:The flooring industrial clusters has grown up rapidly in China, the level of theflooring industrial agglomeration is getting higher and higher. The flooringindustrial agglomeration can promote economy and improve the development of thesociety. However, industrial agglomeration also puts pressure on environment andsocial management. There are several problems in the flooring industrial cluster,construction of cluster management, self-innovation, and government's macrocontrols must be taken to keep it healthily develop. |
