In international trade, maritime transport of goods is the most important way, container transportation is one of the more advanced in the modern mode of transport. Although the modern sense of the container transport is only 50 years of development history, but the container transport has all the countries around the world, the world's containerized cargo has become an irresistible trend. Container transportation has become one of the best patterns of transportation international trade.Container transport market is being affected by a number of unexpected factors, such as the world political and economic and trade environment changes, policies and regulations change, port construction, natural disasters, etc., these factors lead liner shipping companies to increasing production and operation risks and difficulties. In order to reduce the adverse impact of these factors, the major liner company's approach is reasonable arrangements ships and routes, as much as possible so that the limited shipping capacity to create maximum economic benefit, therefore, the ship's route network with the optimal allocation of the shipping industry has become the most of concern.For any open and operate a container liner shipping companies in terms of routes, each route's operating results are directly related to the company's efficiency. With the world economy and trade situation, the market environment, business strategy, competition situation and other factors continue to change, shipping companies must make timely adjustments to the route and optimization, and continuously maintain a competitive route, for maximum operating benefits.This article focuses on the characteristics of container liner shipping, container shipping routes of the design factors and the factors affecting the analysis, focused on the route in the face of unexpected situations led to the case of partially damaged, liner companies to adopt the response options. According to the seriousness of the consequences of the accident, on the basis of the existing routes in order to adjust the port affiliated to contract more volume, to ensure that shipping companies earnings.The article establishes a cost - benefit model, which takes factors that will affect the results such as earnings of sailing routes, voyage revenues and voyage freight into account, and use the particle swarm algorithm to answer them. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is defined in the transposition operator, the algorithm can be simplified to improve the operational efficiency and the introduction of examples to verify the resultsFor route optimization problems, most of the previous theoretical analysis of the literature are based on solutions derived in this paper to modeling quantitative analysis, making the route optimization problem is more real and effective conclusion.
