The Research On The Development Of The Vegetables Delivery Industry In Shandong Province

With the economic development and the constant improvement of the living standards of the people in our country,the vegetables delivery has already become the objective demand of the urban resident consumption day by day. Vegetable is the perishable product, so the requirement of delivery technical is very high. In our country , the loss rate of vegetables in the process of delivery is 30%,which is 6 times that of developed countries. Shandong is a traditional area to produce vegetable,since 1991,the area yield and the production value of the vegetable in Shandong always first in the whole country. In 2010,the whole Province vegetable Planting area amounts to 90,307,000 hectares,the total production value 151,000,000,000 yuan, export sum amounts to 12,700,000,000 dollars. But because the vegetables delivery of Shandong province is still at the starting stage, more questions exist in the course of its development. This makes the prosperity of vegetable production can not be realized in the value.Firstly, this paper give the basic concept and the character of delivery and vegetable delivery, as well as supply chain management theory, third party logistics theory and etc. And these do a theoretical preparation for the research of vegetable delivery in shandong province. Secondly, it analyzed the status of vegetable delivery from the delivery subject and delivery technology, then points out the problems such as the delivery equipment is relatively backward, low degree of standardization, information technology is not well developed and the cold chain logistics has not been formed. Finally, from the comparative study of the developed countries such as Japanese. American and coastal city in our country, we want to offer the policy recommendations for the fact that the local government department quickens the development of the vegetables delivery industry further.
