| In November, 2008, Hubei Provincial Committee and Government of had made the significant strategic decision which was that they used the post-morden ideas to activate the merits in the sound ecology and culture-oriented resources of the western part in Hubei Province, overcome the bottlenecks obstacles of traffic, structure and mechanisms and so on, and coordinate, organize and constructe"the ecological and cultural tourism circle of West Hubei Province", while concentrate its efforts on"Wuhan city circle"two-oriented society construction, mading the west of Hubei Province to be a domestic famous and world-renowned tourist destination, so that we could develop the west Hubei Province's economy and society more quickly and more better. It was not only a strategy that Hubei Province schemed the regional co-ordination and createdly implemented scientific development, but also an important act that made sure the stable and fast development of economy.While talking about Hubei's tourism, we couldn't avoid Enshi's tourism, and talking about Enshi's tourism, we couldn't avoid Lichuan's. As an important tour-oriented city in west of Hubei, readjusting the industrial structure, expanding tourism industry is an important way of Lichuan development. There is no doubt that the improvement of tour industry will contribute much to the progress to its industry transition and economic growth, and will have positive significance to the western part in Hubei Province.Making use of the idea in LAC is the effective way to achieve the combination of protection and use of the tourism resources guiding the development of tourism; while the key on which the success of development of tourism bases is also the protection and use of tourism resources, since it directly constrains the sustainable development of tourism. In the terms of the cities which are rich in the tourism resources and at the particular level or peak, it is meaningful to choose the Lichuan as the object of research on the patterns of touristic development within its vision and guidance. Therefore, in this paper, the author chose the Lichuan city in Hubei Province as the object of discussion to analyze the models and strategies in the tourism development.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The former two introduce the related notions of models in tourism development, conception about the LAC and the development in the research about the Lichuan's tourism. The chapter three discusses the meaning of combining the LAC and Lichuan tourism, and expatiates the feasibility of LAC guiding Lichuan tourism development; The forth, fifth, sixth are the main body of the paper. It includes the patterns and strategies of spatial layout about the tourism development, the models and strategies of product development, and the management model and strategies of the operation on LAC for Lichuan city. The last one is the chapter senven, as the conclusion of the paper, contains the basic conclusion, and the prospect of the main innovations and future research.In this paper, the author wish to explore the pattern and strategies of tourism development which are fit to the city that is rich in touristic resources and developing quickly by the research of the pattern and strategies about the tourism development in Lichuan city. Then, after the serious analyze and research , this new pattern and suitable strategies may be a practical example for Lichuan city and other cities which are also rich in touristic resources to avoid the reoccurrence of tragedy----"developing while destroying". |
