The Research On Kazakh National Modernization Of The Traditional Economy In Xinjiang

Research on economic of minority ethnic mainly focus on economic problems of minority population ethnic in multi-ethnic country ,which specially including history of economic development ,current status, characteristics ,development pattern of one or some ethnics, and the economic relations with other ethnics and so on .Xinjiang is a minority ethnics gathering area .The party central committee and state has been very concerned about works of Xinjiang,and give great support to develop and stability of Xinjiang, and make great progress in Xinjiang.Development of Xinjiang is inseparable from each minority ethnics. Kazak is one of the nomad ethnics of Xinjiang.Kazak has been relying on natural cycles of season ,mobile migration grazing,and chase plants to feed cattle.In long term nomadic production , specific geography environment and traditional customs ,Kazak formed traditional production way of life. Kazak has been confined to the traditional economy , and engage in traditional animal husbandry ,handcrafts ,agriculture and other industries .But with the development of society, economy ,policy and ecology impact the traditional nomadic economy has been difficult to adapt to the need of society.As compared with other ethnics , industrialization and development of the ethnic is still lag behind, and the gap is growing.The main reason of their economic backwardness in non-economic factors. In general ,there are some reason for their economic fall behind: First ,the natural environment and distribution ; Second, ideological and religious factors; Third, cultural factors.The results can only lead to its abundant natural resources can not be fully utilized, lack of its own confidence of the revitalization in the economy, and reached up blindly, relying on foreign aid, and dependent on countries, not development, and become poor.Development of economic and social has entered a new era and new stage, the business at a new historical starting point.This has brought opportunities for the Kazak, but also facing challenge. Therefore ,in the process of building a moderately prosperous society and modernization, through its current situation point out deficiency of traditional economy ,and select appropriate path of development ,and development model, based on this, make Kazak ethnic traditional economy modernization, combined with the special nature of the Kazak ,the author put forward some special ideas.Thus ,for the economic development of Xinjiang have made a contribution ,and make a great-leap-forward development to narrow the gap with the developed areas, and to guarantee stability , and to get into well-off society together with national.
