This research focuses on multi-factor integration in project management.As an effectiveway of organization operation,project management is a key element of success in moderncompany competitive.The traditional project management merely analyse project's chedule orcost.It's analysis is exclusive of project's quality and scope.This is the reason why projcet'sanalysis of data could not report project's implementation accurately and comprehensively.Andit's report could not forecast project's problem.Earned value management is an effective way ofperformance analysis in project management.Earned value management is a methdo of projectmamagement,which facilitates project control and provides support in forecasting final coat andthe final duration for the schedule.It is important for all manageers,including those managing lowcost,short duration projects,to have reliable forecasting tools.Likewise,having an independentestimation tool for predicting projcet duration is equally valuable.Significant improvement isneed to expend the utility of cost prediction and,develop the very much desired capability toreliably forecast schedule duration at completion.Thus,the objective of this paper is to improvethe forecasting of project outcomes.With improvement,projcet managers will have betterinformation for their actions.The paper's research methods include theoretical analysis, empirical analysis,induction anddeduction,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.This paper has a research on multi-factorintegration and control based on earned value management.A rencent extension to EVM hasemerged which provides reliable,useful quality performance information.The extension is earnedquality and critical path method.Having reliable indicators for cost,schedule and quality,theapplication of statistics provides additional project management information .Multi-factorintegration is a good way to make up earned value management defect.In projectmanagement,multi-factor integration based on EVM conduce to formulate a scientific andreasonable schedule plan and cost plan.It could also monitor project performance promptly andaccurately.Multi-factor integration based on earned value management brings a great improvement to the theory of projcet management and operation.Finally,this research through aconcrete project to prove the feasibility of multi-factor integration management.
