In the 21st century, the information technology and the popularity of e-commerce are developing rapidly. Network marketing is a rising marketing approach which has a huge and deep impact on the traditional marketing management and marketing ideas. For some of our small and medium enterprises, it is very suitable and effective to carry out network marketing because of their small scale and comparatively weak financial strength. Network marketing, this new marketing approach, has provided an unprecedented opportunity for these enterprises.Under the situation of the global economic integration, the development of the Internet is becoming faster and faster. In order to be on an invincible position in the fierce market competition, the small and medium enterprises must dare to break the routine, keep up with the pace of age. In addition, the small and medium enterprises are essential for the development of our national economy and social stability. Therefore, this paper take network marketing of the small and medium enterprises as the research object has extremely important and practical significance.In this paper, we take our cooperation enterprise—Shijiazhuang J department store's marketing strategy as an example to do intensive research. During the research, we make deep analysis of its current marketing management methods and try to find out its inadequate aspects in marketing management, and then try to explain the need for these enterprises to develop Internet marketing and how to carry out the network marketing strategies according to the actual situation of the enterprises. In the end we try to bring forward a series of appropriate network marketing strategies and at the same time also hope these network marketing strategies can provide some ideas to those other similar enterprises in the future.
