Based on the current sales management situation of Shenyang taiyu Co., Ltd., We established a series of sales management principles, which is fit for Taiyu company customs satisfaction requirement, through the analysis of Customer relationship management system, sales process management, staff training and sales performance examination. The management model of win-win between customers and company, between company and staff also have been established. This will make the company profit maximization.In this paper, firstly, we analyzed the theoretics and current situation of customer relationship management at home and abroad, and through the practical situation of Taiyu company, we solved the problems existed in the customers relationship management of Taiyu company at present. According to the practical situation of Taiyu's sale process, combined with the sale process applied in large enterprises at home and abroad, the problems existed in Shenyang Taiyu sale process management were analyzed. The performance examination and staff training also have been analyzed based on the theoretic of performance examination at home and abroad.Secondly, in this paper, combines the correlative theories with practice effectively, according to the analysis of customer relationship management, sale process management and performance examination, effective countermeasures to sale management were promoted.
