Reserch On The Growth Factors Of Technology-Based Smes In Hebei Province

Today, in the environment of global economic rapid .The persistent entrepreneur and innovation activity has become a bridge for science and technology transfer to modern productive, and the engine and main impetus of economic development at present circumstance of rapid development of global economic, while high-tech industry has been the prior motive power to prompt the consistent growth of world economic as the main carrier of entrepreneur and innovation activity. Technology-based SMEs which is an important part of high-tech industry has become one of the most vigorous growth poles in the development of economic. However, the start of Technology-based SMEs is relatively later in China, and the cognition of its growth characteristic is insufficient surplus the lag of theory research lead to its development lack of corresponding theoretical guidance. This also directly led to their defect such as low survival rate, weak growth and short lifecycle. Therefore, it is very important that in-depth studying of growth factors and finding a suitable path for its development focus on the characters and develop situation of.This paper systematic summarize the researched achievements technology-based SMEs'and explaining the concept and characters of SMEs. The paper adopted qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis research methods, based on expert interview and issue questionnaire, selected the technology-based SMEs in Hebei province as research object, and did describe statistic analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis on the data that based on classify and neaten the large scale collected data.Through the relative research between growth factors and growth, combine the character of Technology-based SMEs, the paper concludes that during the development of SMEs 22 growth factors have significant correlation with enterprise's performance. By further research on the growth factor, the paper constructs a four-dimensional model to describe the factor of enterprise growth which comprises internal R&D factor, external adaptability factor, product optimization ability factor and financing capacity factor. The paper also did the cluster analysis on the survey enterprise and divided them into three types including optimal grow state, good growth state and worst growth state. Based on the explanation of the four-dimensional model and analysis of three types of enterprise, this paper proposes some development suggestions on the technology-based SMEs in Hebei province with the expectation that provide some reference for managers in entrepreneur and management, help the enterprise rapid development with little detours, and also provide some reference for government to formulate relevant policies.
