The management of stock transactions is an important module in the ERP system.In the production-oriented enterprises,the stock transactions is always accompanied by production,procurement, sales and other key links.The analysis and the optimization of business process in the stock management can effectively improve the warehouse's use efficiency, reduce the reserve,and ensure the production carries on orderly. Therefore, the analysis and the optimization of business process in stock transaction has great significance to enterprise's operation.In this thesis, we take the stock transaction process of related enterprise as the research foundation. According to the accelerated implementation process model ASAP which provided by SAP corporation, completed the stock transaction management system's demand analysis. Using the PETRI net to model and simulate the existing stock transaction process of enterprise. Through the analysis of the incidence matrix of the model, pointed out the problems is low efficiency and the error rate by manual counting in each stock transaction flow, proposed the business blueprint. On this basis, the business blueprint and system functions were mapped to complete the implementation of the project. We also integrated the stock transaction module with the barcode module to improve the efficiency of stock transaction process. Finally we designed the corresponding test cases for each module to verify the system's correctness and effectiveness, evaluated the results of the project. Then through the implementation of the project put forward an improved iteration of ASAP model, and summary of ERP implementation project ASAP model throughout the life cycle.This project implemented various parts of the project strictly in accordance with ASAP process model, and developed a barcode auxiliary module based on .Net FrameWork and SAP Business One SDK. With the Web services technology through the DI SERVER interface provided by SAP Business One, integrated the barcode module with the standards stock transaction module, reduced the entire business process run time.At present this project has carried out in M corporation, the operational aspect show that this system promote the efficiency of the stock operation in the enterprise, reduced the stock transaction movement cycle.
