With the rapidly development of commercial retail enterprises, a variety of issues were brought in. The high staff turnover is one of them. How to solve this problem is becoming more and more important. One of the effective ways is improving the employees'satisfaction. Employees'satisfaction affects job performance and the achievement of business management objectives. Improving employees'satisfaction, stimulate activity, creativity and enthusiasm is the key work of human resource management.This paper draws three factors that affect employees'satisfaction from three famous theories which are Personal Factors Determinism, Environmental Factors Determinism and Income Comparison Theory. These are factors of employee themselves, factors of enterprise and factors of the relationship between employees and enterprises. Each factor contains some smaller factors. All of the factors affect employees'satisfaction in different degrees. In order to figure out the relationship between employees'satisfaction and these factors, we collect and analyze the data. Through the analysis, we got the main factors that affect employees'satisfaction which are work rewards, the prospects of staff development, enterprise human concern, career planning of employee, employee social status and the attractiveness of work. We also found that employees'satisfaction is directly related with the employee education and gender but there is no relationship with staff positions, ages and the time of join the company. At last, we give some advice about how to improve the employees'satisfaction based on the data analysis, look forward to providing some useful advice for human resource management in commercial retail enterprises.
