Research On Infrastructure Construction Of The Hydrogen Economy

In today's society, with problems of pollution, climate warming and oil dependency caused by the use of fossil energy getting more and more serious,"the hydrogen economy", of which the theme are clean, no-carbon and sustainable, has become a hot spot. Althought the hydrogen economy has a lot of advantages, it has to face many obstacles such as production cost, technical support, market needs, and infrastructure. Two of the most critical problems are infrastructure construction and fuel cell technology. Research on infrastructure construction of the hydrogen economy, the purpose is to search the way to the hydrogen economy transition and to promote the reform of energy industry, in order to solve the existing environmental pollution, global warming, and oil dependency. It has important theoretical and realistic significance.Refer to many foreign documents, the paper analyses the industrial chain of the hydrogen economy on use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, in order to advice combinational schemes for infrastructure construction of the hydrogen economy. On the basis of economic theory of energy industry networks, it also analyzes economic characteristics of the hydrogen economy infrastructure. Based on a lot of research of the hydrogen economy demonstration projects, this paper summarizes estimated cost of existing hydrogen economy demonstration projects in order to quantify the cost risk. Meanwhile, from four aspects, technology, demand, policy and competition, related uncertainties of hydrogen economy investment are dissucsed. Europe natural gas industry development process is introduced and analyzed for prospecting how to realize the transition of the hydrogen economy. The development roadmap of hydrogen economy transition can be divided into four stages. At the same time, refer to the course of development of natural gas, considering the market demand and gas energy industry development, put forward the particularity of the hydrogen economy infrastructure construction feasibility scheme.
