Emergy-based Assessment Of Ecological-Economic System Of The Urban Ecological Leisure Agriculture

In the early 80s of 20th century,The Leisure Agriculture had been developing in China's rural areas,the primary form of leisure agriculture,such as the rural tourism and the cultural and leisure industry,has been fully developed.With the urbanization's accelerating,The leisure agriculture had gone out village and began to develop in city.The urban leisure agriculture industry also became one of the major industries,The advanced form of leisure agriculture such as the modern leisure agriculture Industrial Park have sprung up in developed areas.The government and academic institutions have pay big attention to the development of the urban leisure agriculture. Many scholars have already done research on the urban leisure agriculture,however,the research based on the theory of the agricultural eco-economic system and urban ecological system is still rare.Based on the agricultural eco-economic system theory,urban ecological systems theory and energy theory,the article carried out a comprehensive and quantitative study about ecological and economic functions of the urban leisure agriculture.Based on the agricultural eco-economic system theory,the modern urban ecological system theory,the article constructed an agricultural eco-economic system about the urban leisure agriculture,defined the concept and boundaries of the system,and analyzed the system structure,proposed that the structure of the urban leisure agriculture is a three-encirle structure including foundation encircle,the appreciation encircle and the support-controlling.Secondly,Based on the Energy Theory,the article evaluates the comprehensive results of the eco-economic system of the urban leisure agriculture from 5 aspects,ecological and economic benefits of the system, the efficiency of the system structure and function,the ecological efficiency of the system and overall development of the system.Finally,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation about the urban eco-leisure agriculture of LanZhou City.The results shows that:â‘ the size on the Lanzhou leisure agriculture is small,the layout is scatter,It has no core competitiveness,the economic efficiency is also low.â‘¡The development of the Lanzhou leisure agriculture is still base on the traditional agricultural.The degree of development about the LanZhou leisure agriculture is not enough,and the inputs about the leisure agriculture is also little.So the LanZhou leisure agriculture has to be further developedâ‘¢The development of the LanZhou leisure agriculture is not optimistic,however,The city of Lanzhou still has enough resources,It has Potential space to develop the leisure agriculture. Based on energy analysis results,The last paper put forward some advices to promote the development of the Lanzhou leisure agriculture.
