With the development of reform of forest property, forestry workers' productive enthusiasmwere greatly stimulated,and they have huge financing demand as the same time.In order to solvethe shortage of forestry financing, the government and financial institutions cooperated with eachother,finally a new financial business was invented——Forest Right Mortgage Loan.The existingpractice showed that forest resource mortgage loan is a affective policy,which not only increasefarmers' income,promote structure adjustment of enterprises,but also promote the developmentof forestry industry.But as a special biological mortgage assets,it has many problems in theprocess of operation,and was influced by the factors such as the characteristics of forestry and theexternal environment. This reserch is to solve the problems coming out during the mortgage loanoperation for the interests of the financial institution according to the theories of finacial riskanalysis;then analyze the causes of the risks,and find out measures to prevent and remove therisks so as to promote the development of it,which can improve the service of foresty finacing.In this paper,with the help of the existing practice in the basis of research achievements, wedo the reserch under the property theory, information asymmetry theory and financial riskmanagement theory to analyzes risks of he forest resources loan from the angle of the financialinstitution.First of all, summarizes the development of reform of forest property and the forestresources mortgage business of Yunnan province,points out the financial institutions is at riskthough its rapid growth.And then analyze the two risks,subjective risk and objective risk,andthe two kinds of risk exists interal relationship, points out that one of the most important risks iscredit risk.Then summarise the factors that influence these risks and construct a game modelabout how they behave during the borrowing behavior, and find out the factors that determineboth the bank and the borrower.Finally,combine all the factors to provide the countermeasuresthat can prevent the subjective and objective risks.
