Human resources is an important source of sustainable competitive advantage. As thesignificant component part of the human resource management, the payment management isparticularly important. It played an irreplaceable key role on how to attract, retain andencourage the elites. To design a scientific salary management system is the key work for anenterprise' s development. it is also a very important topic of the enterprise human resourcesmanagement research.In the situation of no significant internal compensation incentive and aggravate externaltalent competition, this paper using the modern compensation management concept, analyze theM driving school's existing problem of the compensation management system, to establish asalary management system. The new salary management system has a strong externalcompetition, internal incentive effect obviously, adapting to the enterprise's development stageand matching enterprise's culture.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborated thistopic background and research significance, research status and research methods. The secondpart introduces the theoretical basis related to the compensation and compensation management.It systematically, elaborated salary definition, composition, classical salary theory and salarydesign theory foundation, provided academic basis for M driving school's design salary system.The third part, mainly introduces the principles and methods of the M driving school'scompensation system design The fourth part, introduced the M driving school profiles, analyzedits present salary management system, find out the existing problems and the analysis of itscauses. The fifth part, through the compensation strategy, organization design, job analysis andso on, design a new salary system, and discusses the security measures for the successfulimplementation of the new system. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the advantagesand disadvantages in the process of creation, and Prospect of the next step research.
