This paper expounds the systematic thinking in the project of process optimization, and gives empirical research for example on the application of the process optimization program of company A. The traditional process reengineering way was too radical to success. So this paper puts forward the continued and moderate process optimization way; At the same time the traditional process reengineering projects pay more attention to process itself, but none of them considered the organization as a system. Therefore, the introduction of systematic thinking will help enterprise as a system to analyze the environment of the system and the relationship between the internal various factors.This research method mainly adopts the form of interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire involved mainly aimed people in the investigation and research, and through the designed questionnaires, we collected enough information and analyzed it, and eventually got the result. Both traditional one-on-one interviews and the special interview form of workshop enables us to collect more comprehensive information and data and give full play to all staff involved in the project.Based on the early theory research and later data collection, also under the direction of system model, we combed the core marketing management process of company A, analyzed the process, developed a suitable leadership system model for the development strategy, and puts forward the research results of staff system optimum advice.This paper finally made the evaluation of improving effects, and established the organizational environment evaluation index system. The improving effect is analyzed with analytic hierarchy process, and we got the evaluation results of the atmosphere. Because the atmosphere is the most important system model output, so we can use the output of organizational climate to a great extent as is the evaluation of the process.
